For hygiene and quality-control reasons, all sales are final, except for purchases made through Afterpay.

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us at support@millenahair.comΒ within 7 days of receiving your package. When reaching out, include a detailed description of the issue so we can review and determine next steps.

Afterpay Purchases

Orders placed using Afterpay may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, products must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition for sanitary reasons.

Returns for Quality Issues

Returns are only accepted if an item is defective or does not meet our quality standards. If your return is approved, you may be eligible for one of the following:

  • A full refund to the original payment method
  • Store credit for the full purchase amount

In rare cases, a refund may be issued minus a 15% restocking fee, at Millena Hair’s discretion.

Return Conditions

All approved returns must be sent back in original, untampered packaging, including hang tags, product bags, and boxes. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
