Delivery Information
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding public holidays. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using the delivery method selected at checkout. We dispatch orders Monday through Sunday.
Delivery timelines shown at checkout include required processing time and estimated transit time. While we aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible, delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier conditions.
Shipping & Processing
We ship all orders via DHL. Order processing begins automatically once your purchase is completed. For this reason, orders cannot be changed, modified, or cancelled once processing has started. Delivery addresses cannot be updated after an order has been placed. If an address change is required, the order must be cancelled (if eligible) and a new order placed.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied upon delivery are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost at checkout.
Delivery Accuracy & Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery details are correct at the time of purchase. We are not liable for delays, losses, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information. If an order is delivered to an incorrect address or requires re-delivery for any reason, additional shipping charges will apply and must be covered by the customer.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your DHL tracking information, allowing you to monitor your delivery in real time.
